Epoxy Pultruded Profiles

Epoxy Pultruded Profiles – High-Performance FRP Insulation & Fastening Solutions

At RESPL (Radiant Energy Services Limited), we specialize in the manufacturing of high-performance Epoxy-based Pultruded Profiles, engineered for critical applications in electrical insulation and chemically aggressive environments. Our advanced pultrusion process uses high-quality epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resin systems, combined with ECR/ER grade glass reinforcements to ensure superior thermal, mechanical, and dielectric performance.
These profiles are widely used in transformers, reactors, switchgear assemblies, on-load tap changers, and other high-voltage electrical systems. Our plant is equipped with precision-controlled RF drying systems, ensuring enhanced product consistency, moisture resistance, and insulation reliability.
RESPL also manufactures FRP fasteners through continuous pultrusion, including threaded rods, studs, hex bolts, nuts, washers, and dovetail spacers. These are ideal for use in RF-sensitive environments, antenna housings, and other locations where metallic fasteners are not suitable due to corrosion or conductivity issues.
We offer extensive customization in shapes, grades, and resin systems to suit client-specific requirements, including insulation products rated for Class F (155°C) and Class H applications.
